Conscious Control

Control, the art of influencing a course of events, or your behaviour. Most of us humans find comfort and security in control. The idea of knowing that things are going to go a certain way. We like structure and routine. Because without that, where is our discipline and purpose? We can control how we choose to live our lives, our habits, our relationships and our mood. However what about the things that we cannot control? Such as life and death, the weather, a natural calamity etc. These are far from our control, and if you give it enough thought, it can seem quite scary to some of us.

There is no way to control some things. No matter how much we try, how much effort we put into trying, it is out of our control. We may feel lost, helpless or alone due to this. But when we start to accept that some things are out of our control… a certain sense of freedom sets in. A sort of relief. You can let go, live in the present moment. For right now… all is well and I am very hopeful that it continues to be. That is what we CAN do. We can choose how we respond to situations beyond our control. To trust and have faith that no matter what, I will rise, I will grow and I will shine!

So let go of what you cannot control. See the beauty in it. Yes, anything can happen and perhaps we could find the beauty in knowing that too. The possibilities, new opportunities, life! Focus on the now and trust that you can get through anything and everything that comes your way. Stand strong and find the courage and bravery within yourself to accept this and just be. Be your best self. The version of you that feels good. That feels alive! Because some of life’s struggles are much easier to face when you feel good, when you embody your truest nature.

Letting go of control is hard. Especially with regard to things that you are very strongly and emotionally attached to. But it helps to know that… whatever happens is beyond my control. I hope for the best. And I know that what is meant to be, will be. Where there is loss, gain shortly follows. Allow yourself the space and time to feel this, to find a sense of freedom in it. To allow yourself a moment to take yourself out of the picture and realise that sometimes, it is not about us at all. To say, this is beyond my control and a part of the grand scheme of things, and I accept it and welcome it in with love! Don’t be afraid of change. We often get stuck in our ways, but change offers us growth to shine brighter than we ever have before! We get to experience more love, more beauty, more joy and more excitement!

Instead of trying to control the uncontrollable, we can redirect all that energy into things that we can control. Set healthy habits for yourself. What am I putting into my body and is it healthy? How is my sleep schedule and do I need to adjust it? Are my relationships healthy and what am I going to do about them? We can choose to control the little things, like what we wear today or what book to read tomorrow. Find joy in these things. Allow life to flow through you and have faith in yourself and your abilities. If push comes to shove and you are faced with a difficult situation, you CAN and WILL get through it. You can look back and think to yourself “I’m glad that that happened, for if I hadn’t gone through it, I wouldn’t have all that I have now or be where I am today”.

So control the things that you know you have control over, and begin to let go of what you cannot control. Know that it is not your job nor your responsibility to control those things. Allow yourself some time and be gentle with yourself too. Nurture yourself as a loving mother would do for their child. Be patient with yourself, allow yourself a safe space to really feel through all the emotions that come your way and gently move through them. Accept the ever flowing changes and choose to see the beauty in them!

I wish you well and hope that you can find the beauty and freedom in our ever winding, ever flowing and ever loving unique journeys!

To New Beginnings!

Oleksandr Tereshchuk

As the famous quote goes “When one door closes, another door opens”. The possibilities, the change, the ability to really create something truly magnificent. Bringing in a new chapter to your life, what a grand celebration! New beginnings could be a chance to reflect on past choices/experiences and learn from them. To maybe do things differently, it could be creating healthier habits, or finding the courage to go after your dreams. It could even mean letting go of what holds you back so that you can finally reach your potential. The possibilities are endless.

A new beginning can look like a brand new day, the start of a new week and the excitement of a new year. Monday’s are commonly known to be dreaded but why? Why are Monday’s not celebrated and cherished?! For we are being blessed with yet another glorious week on this earth, in the ever so unique and lovely lives that we lead. So let’s take the time to cherish a Monday for a brand new start to what could be a great week. Monday’s could be a time to set goals, to ask for what you want to receive from the day all the days following.

As a new year approaches, we are all invited to come together in celebration. But are we consciously aware of what we are celebrating? Yes, we are celebrating the bringing in of a new year, but why not dig a little deeper? Why not take a little time for some reflection. To be thankful for all that this year has brought us. All your successes and most importantly your failures and how you really managed to overcome them. How did you change this year? What were some of your best memories, and what do you want to leave behind? How are you being called to step into the new year as the best and brightest version of yourself that you can possibly be? Dream big!

New beginnings are not just about the start to a new weak… or a new year for that matter. It could be the sprouting of a new relationship, or the end to something that you have been longing to release and move forward from. It could mean freedom from what holds you down. It could mean making a choice to start fresh. To let go of what holds you down and to reach for the stars with all that you have to offer. New beginnings are a beautiful wonder. If we only welcomed in change and let go of what is meant to pass, we can truly feel the grandness of a new beginning.

Bespoke Health

As daunting as they may sometimes seem, new beginnings can bring about such growth in oneself that is quite a marvel to see. It could be a start to an entirely new and exciting chapter of your life, bringing in new opportunities, a miracle or two and fabulous learning curves. I once read that “life is the messy bits”, I now understand what that means. In order to reach these fabulous new beginnings, we must overcome what troubles us. To be able to release the troubles and close the door on them. Only then can we truly open a brand new door to a room that is filled with magic.

Resistance creates a kind of chaos within us. Allow life to move with the ebb and flow of change. We must let go and flow. Learn and grow! When we resist the closing of the old, of what no longer serves us… we are choosing to remain stagnant in an ever flowing world. We resist the beauty and actually close the door on the lovely new beginnings that await us. If only someone were there to guide us and show us what we were missing out on by choosing to stay in a place which was meant to pass by naturally. To welcome in the glorious new and step in with love. But let me tell you, we are our own best guides. No one can guide you as well as you can guide yourself. Only we know what feels good to us and what doesn’t. What feels good IS good. And what doesn’t feel good, what causes resistance within you… well maybe it is calling on you to reflect on it, how does it make you feel? Do you want to continue feeling this way? Are you ready to make the changes to step out of the old and step into to grand new? It is up to you! Allow the beauty in and allow what no longer serves to pass by. Wish it well and on it’s way.

Wishing everyone a beautiful new year, one that brings ease and flow, with beauty and love and most of all, a year where we really learn to shine in our own authentic and unique way! 🙂

The Importance Of Space

Space. Space can be found in your home, in nature and believe it or not you can even find it in a crowded room. As it is possible to create space from within. Space is so important as we are allowing our soul some room within us, to speak up, to guide and to help us find our true purpose. Our soul is our inner guide, which has so much cultivated wisdom that if only we could create the space to listen to its whispers, we wouldn’t need to seek as much external guidance. Because our soul knows. It knows when we haven’t got a clue! You just need to create that little bit of space.

So… how do we create space?

Sit In Silence

Calm your mind, centre yourself and then ask yourself a question. Sit or lay down in silence for however long you feel you need to and quietly wait for the answers to come flooding in!

Meditate

Create space for your ego self to become less prominent, allowing your soul and your body to begin to have a voice too! You are not your body or your mind. You are experiencing both, so you get to choose which you want to influence your experience most!

Listen To Your Body

Usually, your body knows. Listen to how it feels. Feel your emotions. Allow them to speak to you through your intuition! Listen to that gut feeling, what is it trying to tell you? If it feels good, it is good.

Connect your Mind and Body through the powerful tool of Breath-work

Mind-Body Connection

Journal

Sometimes the best way to allow room for your soul to speak to you is to journal. And as the words flow through from your heart to your hand, from your hand through the pen and onto paper, you will find all that you need and all that you are looking for in terms of guidance and letting go in what you have put down on paper. It may not all make sense at the time, but it will eventually. Trust it, switch your mind off and just write anything and everything. Let your body guide your fingers as it knows, even when you think you do not.

Space To Follow Our Intuition

What feels good? And then go and do it. Whether it’s cooking, reading, dancing, reaching out to someone, laughing, working or even writing. Let your intuition guide you. When you don’t know what to do next… sit in silence and ask yourself the question of “What should I do now that is in my best interest?” and soon enough, you will have your answer. Search for it in you feelings, something that makes you feel excited, happy, filled with joy and love. And then go and do that thing!!! Do it with all your might. Focus on just doing that one thing and you will feel on top of the world. When you start to do more and more things for yourself, things that make you feel good, you start to receive more of it.

Space doesn’t just have to come from within. It could also be someplace where you feel at ease, calm and peaceful. A space where you can breathe and let loose, be your true and authentic self. A calm and soothing space. It could be under you favourite tree, a spot on the beach, your room, or your office! Wherever it may be. And if you don’t have a space yet… have a think about it! Get creative. What is your ideal space? One which is going to make you feel super good. And then get right on it!

I look forward to hearing how you create space for yourself!

All my love and warmth ❤

Riding The Waves

Nolan Omura

Some say that venturing under the ocean is like entering an entirely new world. The beauty and magic that lies along the sea bed is quite and truly spectacular, yet so vast and unknown. What I would like to shed some light on in this little ramble is what is experienced on the surface of the ocean. The waves that flow ever so marvellously. The push and pull. Much like the waves that experience magnificent highs and lows, we do too.

As we float on the surface of the ocean, we begin to really embody the essence of flow. As the waves move upward, so do we. And as they ripple on down, we move with them. The challenge often occurs when we resist such sensation. The highs and the lows will most definitely come and go. That is what it is to be a wave, and that is what it is to be human. Dare I say… being a human and living a life on earth is an entirely courageous act. And we should be ever so gentle with ourselves for it. Because however fantastical it may be to experience the emotional highs, courageously welcoming in the lows are what make us so beautifully balanced and brave. For we are not afraid to feel discomfort. We are not afraid of hardship. We stand tall and flow with the waves. And that is when we truly learn what it is like to ride the waves. To live life as an exciting adventure. One so very enchanting.

A very important lesson that I recently had the opportunity to learn was that no matter how far behind we may think we have stumbled, we are still on the path moving forward. I have been very mislead by the phrase “one step forward, two steps back” over the years. I now realise that we are never going backwards. Always moving forwards. We may feel at times, as though we are moving backwards due to the low we are experiencing, or the feeling of “I’m back to square one”. But if it were not for the low, we would not have that extra boost to really bounce back and experience an even greater high. And that is the essence of growth. To expand. To become aware that no matter what you may feel or experience, you are ever moving beautifully forward. It may not be a straight line forward, there may be countless detours along the way, but even the detours are pushing us forward along a beautiful path of growth!

Breathing, just like waves is an ever expanding and contracting, a rising and falling. You get shallow breathing, and deep breathing, just as you do in the waters. And as you get choppy waters and calm/still waters, you get shortness of breathe as compared to still and relaxed breathing. Breathing is a magical practice, one that comes so easily to us, yet it is often taken for granted. Allowing our awareness to focus on the feeling of drawing breath in and out of our bodies. How it fills us up, and really keeps us alive! We could all be grateful that we have the ability to breathe, we can live without a lot of things… but could we live without our breathe? For if it were not for our breathe, we would not be roaming this earth. So let’s take a moment to really appreciate our breathe. Take notice of it, be mindful of it and start to expand our awareness on our breathe, the way we breathe through life’s up’s and down’s. How mastering our breathing can change the way we live our lives!

So let’s enjoy riding life’s many beautiful waves and really take a moment to notice the beauty of it all! Warm wishes always 🙂

Living Through The Seasons

Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Seasons bring about change, they bring about new beginnings and more often that not they bring about an immense amount of growth! As the seasons change, if we allow ourselves, we can too! How glorious would it be to grow with spring, to blossom with summer, to let go with autumn and to pause and reflect with winter.

No flower blossoms through the year, so why are we so hard on ourselves when we are not at our highest throughout the year? It is ok to take your time. To cherish the lows as much as the highs. We are all growing and learning and it makes everything a lot easier when we are gentle with ourselves. Giving ourselves time to move through the obstacles and the changes we face.

The Resilience Of Nature

An observation that I made a few weeks ago as I was observing a wildflower was how truly resilient nature is and how much we can learn from it! I am in awe and hope to one day learn to be as one with nature as I could possibly be. Flowers, plants, shrubs, trees and many more face harsh winds, heavy rains, predators and so on, and yet through it ALL they stand tall and shine their bright light for us to bask in. The trees offer us shelter from the rain, the flowers brings us joy and fill our hearts with love, the plants give us something to nurture in our homes and the shrubs may leave our gardens feeling a little less empty! All in all, nature is a marvellous wonder and I feel it is something to look up to. To seek strength from, to gain courage from and to know that if nature can be so brave as to dance in the harshest of storms, then so can I!!

Spring

Spring is a glorious time to cherish. New leaves sprouting, the smell of fresh growth in the air and the insects out and about, buzzing with joy over the exciting flowers beginning to bud. Spring is not only a magical time for nature. I like to think that we all have a bit of nature within us! So just like the trees that grow new leaves, we to grow and expand within ourselves. Spring is a beautiful time to set goals, get excited about where you are headed and open your heart to endless possibilities! It is a time to nurture yourself, care for yourself, just as you would a flower bud. As for when summer comes, we have nourished our beautiful bud so much so it blossoms and opens into a lovely flower!

Summer

As the sun shines bright, we learn to shine bright within ourselves too! To feed our inner flower some much needed nourishment and to really embody the essence of it and ourselves for that matter. To blossom and bloom with each step you take. Feel connected with nature as it surrounds you, embodies you and soothes you. As your inner flower blooms, really cherish it.

Autumn

The time for letting go. For some letting go is easy… and for others it can be painstakingly difficult. Yet it is a vital part of the flow of nature. Every year as autumn arrives, trees start to shed. The leaves are not meant to stay forever. Their time naturally comes to an end and they gracefully fall. This can be an important lesson that we can learn from nature. Sometimes, certain things that have outlived their stay in our lives are meant to be let go off. And only when we resist these changes, is when we start to struggle. So find it within yourself to let go. See the beauty in it. It is inevitable and know that come spring, you will have new growth, and welcome in something far greater, far more exciting and fulfilling into your life! So let go now and know that better days are ahead of you.

Winter

With winter comes a time to slow down. To pause for a minute and reflect on the year that is now coming to an end. Reflect on the growth, on the change, on successes and the failures. Slow down and take time for yourself. Winter leaves trees open and exposed and they are stripped of their leaves. They go into a state of hibernation in order to take care of themselves. To heal and to prepare for spring! So how can you gain closure from this year and plan for the next year?

I wish you all a lovely adventure through the seasons. May you breeze through the sunshine, the rain, and stop to admire the roses along the way. All my love and the warmest of wishes!

Happiness… and where to find it!

Have you ever longed to be overwhelmingly happy? To go to bed excited for tomorrow and to wake up with a goofy grin on your face? Well you have come to the right place! Happiness begins and ends in the present moment. The illusion that a lot of us carry along with us is thinking that it will be found by either recalling past memories of happy times or thinking it will be found in the future. For example, by achieving your dream job, or going on that holiday that you have been longing for. Don’t get me wrong, those things are great! And of course they will make you feel good! But we are talking about true and long lasting happiness here. A kind of happiness that stems from within, that seeps into our bones, awakens every cell in our bodies and really brings us to life! One that doesn’t rely on the influence of our external environment. Now that… you can only find when you are living in the present moment.

If we don’t nourish ourselves in the present moment, how are we expected to flourish in our future?

Have a think about it. Really take the time to tap into yourself in the here and now. Connect with yourself. How are you feeling? What do you feel you are lacking? What is your body craving for that your mind is too stubborn to give it? What are a few things that you could do to come back to yourself and really ground yourself in the now? What makes you come alive? What allows you space and room to breath fresh! What brings you joy? And what makes you laugh? Try and do more of these things and trust me you will not be waiting for your next holiday or your next promotion to be happy. For as long as we search for long term happiness externally, we will not find it. Going inwards is the path that leads to being truly happy. So please please please search your unique self!

The brilliant thing is, that no matter how far you stray, you can ALWAYS come back and start anew. Yes, it may take more of an effort depending how far you actually venture from your true self, but it all starts within you. It starts with an intention to really do better for yourself. It comes down to a simple choice. Do I want to be happy right now? Most of us say yes, but do we really mean it? We need to commit ourselves to being happy, commit ourselves to the present moment. Choose happiness again and again and then really embody the essence of it.

See it as a habit that you’re building for yourself. It definitely takes a conscious effort to make bad habits. It takes an equal amount of effort to create healthy habits. Why not make happiness a lifestyle? So what makes you happy? What makes you excited about today, tomorrow, a week, a month or a year from now?! How are you being called to be happy?

For me personally, happiness begins when I have the time to reconnect with myself. We I am in tune and aligned with all parts of my being. When I take the time to take care of myself and treat myself as I would treat a loved one. And when I feel it lacking, I will often ask myself… What could I do right now, in this very moment that is going to uplift me? I wait for the answer to come to me and then get right on it! I absolutely love to cook, I love to get creative and I love to listen to the kind of music that makes each and every cell in my body come alive! These are a few simple tasks that give me joy throughout my day! It doesn’t have to become a major thing. If you could only take a few minutes out of your day, doing something for yourself… just because!

However… no matter what we do, sometimes our mood can tend to dip and it takes ALOT of self discipline or self love to pick ourselves up and do something that we know will make us feel better. I find that when I’m feeling down or unmotivated, exercise can be a brilliant tool to get your juices flowing! And it’s not like you have to run a marathon (amazing if you can!), all you have to do is around 10 minutes. Something to get your blood pumping. So that you can release all that stagnant energy in your body and create room for high vibes and some much needed love!

Another obstacle that I often face is focus. I sometimes find it hard to focus on just one task at hand. The all too familiar negative or worrying thought cycles come to life and I am too enraptured in the events playing out in my mind to focus on what I am actually trying to do, which is essentially being happy! So once again… it come down to choice. We are choosing to focus our attention off the thoughts that are not serving our highest good.

Mindfulness is a tool that most of us overlook, but do not underestimate the power of being mindful. I tell you, it changed my life for the better! Small practices of mindfulness every day can enhance our quality of life. Being aware of our daily duties such as brushing our teeth or making our bed can create such an awakening within ourselves. Hear the sound of the sheets rustling, touch the soft fabric against your fingertips, smell the fresh linen wafting up your nose, look at your clean freshly made bed with satisfaction and determination… for it will be a great great day! And sense your mouth watering for the delicious breakfast that awaits your system!!

So you see, happiness can be cultivated through everyday tasks, it just has to start from within yourself. It really is quite simple if you are willing to try!

I look forward to hearing about all of your journeys to happiness!!

Overcoming Fear

Let’s start by asking ourselves one simple question. What is fear and how does it keep us from living our spectacular lives?! Fear is an emotion we feel when there is a threat of danger, harm or pain. Fear is evolutionarily ingrained in our DNA and was once quite a useful and helpful tool for us to fend off the dangers that once were, many years ago. But now as our threat for danger decreases, our mind plays tricks on us. We perceive danger in different ways such as talking to a stranger… or sitting an exam. There is no actual danger to our lives here, yet we perceive them as such. And if we were to go anywhere near a situation similar to that, it would feel life threatening. However, there is hope for us yet!!!

The first step to overcoming fear is awareness. Becoming aware of what sparks our fears is pivotal in allowing ourselves the time to release them. So what are you afraid of? And what made you so afraid of it? Can you recall any situations in your life which strengthened your fears? Once you have acknowledged where it comes from and why it is so prominent, we can start to change the story behind the fears. We can begin to go beyond the fears, for that is where our true powers lie! It is beautifully freeing to be able to release the hold that fear has on us. And that does not mean that fear will be gone forever. No, we will still feel it, however we will feel it like any other emotion that comes our way. And we will allow it to pass naturally instead of storing the fear in our bodies and letting them build and fester.

In order to over come fear, we have to learn how to sit with discomfort. Allow yourself to feel all of it. And then with love, we release it. We breathe into the fear, into the feelings and as we breathe out we feel it being released from our bodies. Creating space for calm to take its place. Somewhere along the line, almost all of us have learned that pain, fear etc are emotions that we want to avoid, not feel. But what we have to realise is that there has to be a balance of both the good and the so called ‘bad’ emotion. In my opinion there is no such thing as bad emotions. I feel, we have to experience the bad to really feel the good. They both go hand in hand. SO let’s switch our perception on fear as being a bad emotion. Let’s look at it as a lesson that we are being called to learn from. Fear often pops up when we need to break free from certain barriers that have been created around us. We are being called to become aware of these barriers and either go through them or climb over them! Either way, we are moving past them and moving forwards with our lives. Not giving the fear any power and allowing ourselves to reach our full potential. Allowing this fear to teach us to go beyond it and expand rather than staying within it and constricting.

For example, fear of loss can be a tough one to face. We get comfortable in our lives, and the people that are around us. We tend to get overly attached to them and start to cling on to them. It takes great courage to find the strength within ourselves to be able to consciously learn to detach from the people that we are afraid of losing and fill that space with freedom. To say “I release this unhealthy need for attachment that I hold for you and replace it with love and freedom” You have to find it within yourself to accept that nothing is certain in life, try to find the beauty in that, and come home to the fact that you live every moment to the fullest, don’t take anything for granted, and cherish all that you have now in this present moment. For you don’t know how long you will have it. Find the strength within yourself to know that even if you lost what or who you cherish most in the world, you WILL rise up again. You WILL move forward and you WILL keep going, expand, learn and grow.

Every year a tree will start to shed their leaves come autumn as they are stripped bare in the wet and cold. It takes tremendous courage, strength and bravery, and yet every year their leaves fall. However, come spring we see magic appear as the tiny leaves start to sprout and new growth emerges in all its beauty and wonder. These majestic trees start to blossom and bloom once again! Swaying in the wind, with an array of gorgeous colours shining bright! And once again, it all comes down to perspective and choice. You can choose to focus on your leaves being striped bare leaving you cold, wet and alone… OR you could understand that it is a vital part of experiencing the life that we lead. That in order to experience the magic, we need to strip ourselves bare sometimes, feel what we need to feel… and then rebuild our glorious selves into beautiful beings of love and light! It is a wonderful process if only we don’t focus on the difficult and focus on the wondrous outcome.

So focus on the good and know that you cannot have the good without a little bit of the bad. Change your perspective on the bad! It does not have to be negative, switch it around! Get creative and have fun through all your experiences, for that is what it means to truly be alive!

He who is not everyday conquering some fear has not learned the secret of life

Ralph Waldo Emerson

With immense love, I wish you the warmest of wishes!

When things don’t go our way….

Hmmm what if we lived in a world where everything we wanted and planned for came into fruition. What if things were certain… and what if the unknown was known. Some would say that would be ideal, but would it not get mundane? Where is the growth? How would we move forward with our lives, learn and grow?

We do not live in a world where things go to plan, are certain or completely known to us. Absolutely anything can happen and no matter how much we try to prepare for things, we are treading unknown waters. However… we are adaptive creatures and when we are tested, our true strengths and abilities to deal with the situations come to light. We grow and evolve, expand and learn. We get creative, we unleash our inner power, and somehow we manage to pull through! That is the beauty of the world we live in, and that is the beauty of us, no matter how daunting it may sometimes feel to be living in it.

We are minuscule beings, living on a beautifully magnificent rock (still tiny!) that we call Earth, in a unimaginably vast body of space. Now think… how inconsequential we truly are in the grand scheme of literally everything! Yet, we have our own lives, and our own ups and downs to deal with. So when things do not go our way, see them as blessings rather than “why is this happening to me!!!” or “What did I ever do to deserve this”. Think of a bigger picture, one in which you don’t know what lies ahead and why your situation didn’t workout, but you know that you are guided by forces that are leading you to greatness. It is all about perspective. I like to see it as a blessing because you are being guided towards something far FAR greater than you could possibly imagine!!! Something so beautiful, so out of this world that if you had the choice you would choose this in a heart beat, over what you wanted and planned for that didn’t work out.

Although… you HAVE to let go. You have to let go of what didn’t work out and exercise gratitude. Be grateful that you weren’t led down a path that was not in your best interest. And believe me we try to control and control, but at the end of the day, we can’t see the future, so we really don’t know what is best for us. Let the universe guide you. Let go of what didn’t work out, but by all means feel your emotions. Feel upset, feel lost, feel uncertain and feel the “what’s next?”. But then… you feel gratitude. “Thank you for how things turned out, I know that this is happening for my best/highest good and I look forward to even better coming into fruition FOR me”. And then give yourself space to allow the fabulous blessings to come into your reality. Allow them to flow to you, through you and for you. It’s a beautiful thing. And when you let go, you feel free. And freedom is what so many of us search for, yet never seem to find. Because it can’t be found outside of ourselves, it comes from within. The decision is up to you! You choose to let go, you choose to be grateful and you choose to flow. And the reward that comes with that is abundance. Abundance of blessings. For when you let go of what you ‘thought’ was best for you, you create space for what is actually best for you. And let it guide you and lead you to the truest and most authentic version that you could possibly be. Miracles start to happen. And then you look back and say to yourself… “my gosh! Im so happy that that thing didn’t work out, for if it did… I wouldn’t have all of this!!!”

It definitely is a choice. So just trust. Trust that better things are on their way to you and be patient, allowing them to arrive to you. You are guided, you are loved and you are supported always. Live each day in the present moment and life will start to get really really good.

Sending all of you a ton of warmth, love and good wishes!

The beginnings of Life in a Bottle :)

Hi all! I have been meaning to find a sacred space where I could ramble on about all of life’s beautiful mysteries that I most excitingly love to uncover for myself. And I thought that I could share it with all of you. So here it is, and so it is! Life In A Bottle will be all about navigating through the in’s and out’s of all of our unique lives. And with a huge sliver of positivity try to create a little bit of magic along the way!

A little about me!

I love all things animals. Animal behaviour, Animal Welfare, Animal Communication, Animal Therapy, Animal Hydrotherapy… the list goes on! So of course I just had to study Animal Behaviour and Welfare at University, and after an enjoyable three years, I managed to graduate with an Undergraduate Degree for a Bachelors in Science! So here I am trying to figure out what’s next for me, and whilst I do that… I thought I could create some space for this blog.
